President of the Board & Medical Assistant
David Nadeau is a dedicated healthcare professional serving as a Medical Assistant in a busy cardiology clinic, where he provides skilled and compassionate support to both patients and providers. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, he serves as the union representative for his department, advocating on behalf of his colleagues and fostering collaborative labor-management relationships. David also serves as President of the Board of Directors for the recovery center, where he helps guide the organization’s mission to support individuals on their path to recovery. Demonstrating a strong commitment to public service, he has served for six years as a member of the Select Board in the Town of Ashby, Massachusetts, contributing to thoughtful governance and community leadership.
Nicole Madore
Accounting Manager, Aubuchon Hardware
Nicole Madore serves as an Accounting Manager at Aubuchon Hardware. She brings valuable financial expertise, leveraging her degree in accounting and extensive experience managing budgets in her full-time professional capacity. Additionally, Nicole offers a personal perspective and commitment to recovery advocacy, as she has a stepfather and stepbrother who are in recovery.
Keith Abare
First Responder Community Liaison, Aware Recovery Care
Keith Abare retired from the Massachusetts Department of Correction after 22 years of dedicated service. During the final five years of his tenure, he served on the department’s Peer Support Team, providing guidance and assistance to fellow correctional officers navigating personal and professional challenges.
Following his retirement, Keith became a First Responder Community Liaison with Aware Recovery Care, where he supports individuals and families in his community in accessing treatment and sustaining long-term recovery. He carries out this work in honor of his son, who lost his life to addiction, channeling his personal loss into compassionate service for others.
Chris Dillon
Owner and Operator, Sober Life, LLC
Owner, Live Free Home & Construction
Chris Dillon is the Owner and Operator of Sober Life, LLC, as well as the Owner of Live Free Home & Construction. Through Sober Life, he operates a men’s sober living home in Greenfield, Massachusetts, dedicated to providing a safe, structured, and supportive environment for individuals in recovery. Grounded in the belief that connection saves lives, Chris is committed to fostering a stable, home-like atmosphere that promotes long-term recovery and personal growth. In addition, through Live Free Home & Construction, he works to create affordable housing opportunities for families, strengthening and supporting the broader community.
Dr. Babatunde Thomas
Family Medicine Physician, Reliant Medical Group
Dr. Babatunde Thomas is a physician with Reliant Medical Group specializing in family medicine. In addition to comprehensive primary care services, he is authorized to provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), supporting patients in their recovery from substance use disorders.
